Fun fact for a Monday. Did you know that until the late 1800s, Maspeth Avenue ran across a bridge over Newtown Creek? These wood piles are all that remains of that structure! A big thank you to @newtowncreek and @sunandair for such an enjoyable and educational cycling tour of the creek yesterday.
